The Problem

This Stockholm-based client was looking for Consultant to Senior Manager level candidates to help them expand and work on all of the new projects they have been winning. They focus on the strategy and operations space, and there company operated around the 30 person mark. They were delighted with the examples candidates that we sent over and were happy to work with us to help find suitable people, who would fit into their business model well.

What the client needed

Very bright native-speakers who have a Master’s degree, with ideally 3-8 years of experience at a bigger consulting firm. They also needed an employee who had preferably done projects in the strategy space before, one who was motivated to help a smaller company expand, as well as a candidate who could handle a lot of responsibility.

The Search – Proactive 

We contacted around 500 suitable candidates and had a great response rate due to the very interesting work this client is doing. We really delved into their motivations and ambitions, to see if they were the right personality for the role.

Results 

We placed 4 people there with a 100% acceptance rate, which is incredibly rare in this industry. The candidates , as well as the client, were thoroughly impressed.
