This business is one of the fastest-growing advisory firms within the life sciences and healthcare space, and are a real thought leader. The business covers market research/analytics, communications, and strategy consulting. The consulting arm is currently 40 people and is looking to grow significantly through 2021.

Structure of the Company

The company offers great opportunities for progression and advancement, and is very transparent about their company structure to enable employees to see their next step on the career ladder. The currency hierarchy is as follows:     

Associate Consulting > Consultant > Senior Consultant > Managing Consultant > Principal > Vice President    

What our client is looking for 

This opportunity specifically is to join their strategy consulting arm, which has ambitious growth plans after a very successful 2020. It would be a great time to join! They typically focus on brand, marketing and portfolio strategy. 

They are growing at all levels, but have a particular need for Vice-Presidents – experienced leaders who can come and make an immediate impact, take ownership of key accounts and assist with growth.

They will consider candidates in London, Germany and Switzerland.
