Consultancy Levels We Cover
As one of the best managing consulting firms, our in-depth market knowledge and specialisation in management consultancy means that we can attract top talent for our clients. We recruit candidates and hire consultants for all levels of management consultancy work, from junior positions to the most elusive candidates at the director and partner levels:
Graduate: The first step on the ladder, the graduate position is all about learning and developing core consulting skills.
Consultant: Moving up from the graduate role, a consultant will manage up to 2 business analysts and individual work-streams.
Senior Consultant: Delivers multiple work-streams whilst managing between one and three juniors. The Senior Consultant will be client facing, and able to spot business development opportunities.
Manager: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, the Manager will run small teams of consultants, dealing with mainly ‘sell-on’ work. They will also manage budgets of around £500,000.
Senior Manager: Manages multiple projects and 10+ staff. The Senior Manager will be expected to bring in revenues upwards of £750,000, as well as assisting with RFPs.
Director: Typically bringing in £1-1.5 million of revenue to the company while remaining inside utilisation targets, a Director is expected to win large accounts for the company.
Partner: A Partner will drive sales and provide leadership while generating around £3 million plus in revenues a year. They will also be responsible for recruitment, finance, marketing and IP.
