Andrew joined Ascent in October 2023 after successfully running his own business focused on placing candidates into consulting roles and in-house corporate positions. He has worked with some of the world's best-known brands, as well as helping start-ups grow and develop their strategy teams.
Andrew's focus at Ascent is to assist candidates in transitioning from consulting to in-house positions and offers sound advice about the pros and cons of making that shift in direction.
Outside of work, Andrew loves to watch sports (way too old to play now) and has a keen interest in the financial markets. He's also a qualified chef, so you'll often find him experimenting with new dishes on the weekends, provided he's not busy driving his kids around!
